On Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at 10:52pm, it was reported to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) by a female student that while she was walking south on University Place an uknown male rubbed his hand over her buttocks. The subject fled north on University Place, entered a black SUV and drove away from the area. The victim described the subject as a "tall, thin young black male wearing a grey sweatshirt". The victim had no physical injuries
